You will meet with Kate every week or every other week via video call.
At the start of coaching we designating an over-arching goal that we will work toward.
In each session, you will share what is on your mind around that goal, your obstacles, struggles and progress. And through a supportive and compassionate conversation, Kate will guide you through a series of questions and exercises that will help you untangle what is happening in your mind and find solutions. Aha moments, breakthroughs and revelations are commonplace in each session.
On occasion, Kate might step into a mentor-like role to share or teach different practices or perspectives when it is relevant to your goals.
Kate often shares techniques for nervous system regulation and grounding so you can achieve your most courageous goals with more ease, consistency and resilience.
At the end of each session, clients often commit to action items between sessions.
Depending on which program you purchase/d, after sessions, you may receive a detailed recap email. And between sessions, you may receive unlimited text support. You may also access Kate’s online course sharing Nervous System Regulation techniques and library of exercises for somatic resilience.

The terms of mindset coach and life coach can often be used interchangeably. However a mindset coach, will be sure to address any goal or obstacle presented by a client with an inside-out approach. Thought patterns, self-talk, identity, biases, and other internal processes are on the table with mindset coaches along with external strategy and goals.
