Meet Kate, Your Mindset Coach

First of all, I am so happy you are here! I believe that our culture today doesn’t provide enough support for us to thrive in our modern world - from the workplace to our home lives. So everything I do is to help you to feel supported, decode your own inner world, thrive through transitions and reach your deepest desired goals.

I recently moved back to Los Angeles after nearly a decade living in France. I actually brought my whole family home, my husband and my two daughters. As an expat formerly working internationally, both in-house and in my own company, I know a thing or two about big life transitions. As a mom, I know about the juggle of home life and work life. As a multi-passionate dreamer, I know a lot about the pain of not following those secret dreams and inklings. As a survivor, I know about recovering from trauma. And I bring all of that lived experience to my coaching.

I am a Certified Life Coach and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. And I am passionate about providing my clients the profound support to shift their mindset so they may live the life they truly desire.

FAQs

  • You will meet with Kate every week or every other week via video call.

    In each session, you will share what is on your mind, your obstacles, struggles and goals. And through a supportive and compassionate conversation, Kate will guide you through a series of questions and exercises that will help you untangle what is happening in your mind and find solutions. Aha moments, breakthroughs and revelations are commonplace in each session.

    On occasion, Kate might step into a mentor-like role to share or teach different practices or perspectives when it is relevant to your goals.

    At the end of each session, clients often commit to action items between sessions.

    Depending on which program you purchase/d, after sessions, you may receive a detailed recap email. And between sessions, you may receive unlimited text support.

  • The terms of mindset coach and life coach can often be used interchangeably. However a mindset coach, will be sure to address any goal or obstacle presented by a client with an inside-out approach. Thought patterns, self-talk, identity, biases, and other internal processes are on the table with mindset coaches along with external strategy and goals.
